kitty updates: 

kitties are getting bigger.  sashi and mishi are full of mischief.  emmie is slowing down - her face and ears are turning white.  it makes me sad to think of losing her someday - she's my teddy bear.  smokey spends her time being a bossy big sister to mishi and sashi.  coco is slowing down too - it's getting harder and harder to give her daily medication. 

house updates:

we're getting ready to do small renovations.  i will be glad when they are done because then maybe my roomie will stop asking me my uneducated opinion of tile samples and she will stop watching house porn on the DIY network.    

author updates:

back to normal health-wise.  feeling much less depressed, probably because i'm writing up a storm, and things are calm at work.   look - it's the clean half of my desk :)
